Vaporesso Armour G/GS Pods

The Vaporesso Armour G Series replacement pod is an empty, refillable pod designed for the Armour G and Armour GS kits. It holds 2ml of e-liquid and works with the full range of Vaporesso GTX coils, which are sold separately. That gives you the freedom to pick any resistance from 0.15Ω right up to 1.2Ω and swap between MTL and DTL vaping whenever you like. Each pack contains two pods, and both MTL and DTL pod variants are available.

2ml E-Liquid Capacity

Each Armour G pod holds 2ml of e-liquid under UK TPD regulations. You may see the Armour G 5ml pod listed elsewhere, but that is the international version and not available in the UK. A transparent chamber lets you keep an eye on your juice level without removing the pod from your device. With higher-resistance MTL coils like the 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω, a full pod can last a good portion of the day. Lower-resistance DTL coils will run through liquid faster, so you may need to refill more often.

MTL and DTL Pod Variants

The Armour G pod comes in two versions: MTL and DTL. The key difference is inside the pod itself, where the airflow channels are built differently. The MTL pod has narrower channels and smaller air holes on each side, giving you a tighter draw that feels closer to a traditional cigarette. The DTL pod has wider channels for a more open, airy inhale with bigger clouds. Make sure you pick the variant that matches your preferred vaping style, as the internal design is fixed and cannot be changed on the pod itself.

Compatible with the Full Vaporesso GTX Coil Range

These pods accept every coil in the Vaporesso GTX series, from the 0.15Ω mesh coil for high-wattage DTL vaping right through to the 1.2Ω coil for a proper MTL draw. Coils press into the base of the pod and your Armour G or GS device reads the resistance automatically. The MTL pod pairs best with the 0.6Ω (20 to 30W), 0.8Ω (12 to 20W), and 1.2Ω (8 to 12W) coils. The DTL pod works well with the 0.15Ω (60 to 75W), 0.2Ω (45 to 60W), 0.3Ω (32 to 45W), and 0.4Ω (26 to 32W) coils.

Top-Fill System with Rubber Stopper

Refilling the Armour G pod is straightforward. A rubber stopper sits on top of the pod, and you simply lift it to reveal the fill port. The opening is large enough for most bottle nozzles, so there is no fiddling around trying to squeeze liquid in. You can refill without removing the pod from your device, which keeps things quick and tidy. Just make sure the stopper is pressed firmly back into place after filling to prevent any leaks.

4-Level Adjustable Top Airflow

A rotating ring near the top of the pod controls the airflow across four distinct settings. Turning it to the most closed position gives you a tighter, more restricted draw, while opening it fully allows much more air through for a looser inhale. Because the airflow sits at the top of the pod rather than the base, liquid is far less likely to seep out through the air channels. This is a noticeable improvement over bottom-airflow designs where gravity works against you.

SSS Leak Resistant Technology

Vaporesso's SSS (Super Smooth Structure) technology is built into the base of each pod. It uses an upgraded internal structure to lock condensation inside and stop it from reaching the connection pins or the body of your device. This keeps the contact area clean and means less wiping down between pod changes. Combined with the top-airflow design, the Armour G pods are among the more leak-resistant options available.

PCTG Pod Material

The pod body is made from PCTG, a food-grade plastic that is durable, lightweight, and resistant to cracking. It is also transparent, so you can clearly see how much liquid is left inside. PCTG holds up well to regular use and cleaning, and it does not discolour as quickly as some other pod materials when used with darker e-liquids.

Removable 510 Drip Tip

Unlike many pod systems, the Armour G pods use a standard 510 drip tip that can be pulled out and swapped. The MTL pod includes a narrower mouthpiece suited to a tighter draw, while the DTL pod comes with a wider bore tip for bigger inhales. If you have a preferred 510 drip tip from another device, you can use it here as well. This also makes cleaning the mouthpiece much easier.

Magnetic Pod Connection

The pod clicks into the Armour G or GS device using strong magnets. There is no threading or twisting involved, so removing the pod for a refill or a coil change takes a couple of seconds. The magnets hold the pod firmly in place with no wobble during use. Electrical contact pins on the base of the pod line up automatically when the pod snaps in.

Compatible with the Armour G and Armour GS Kits

Both the MTL and DTL pod variants fit the Armour G (built-in 3000mAh battery) and the Armour GS (removable 18650 battery) without any adapters. The pods are identical across both kits, so if you own both devices, your pods and coils are fully interchangeable. The Armour G device supports 5 to 80W of adjustable output, which covers the full wattage range needed for every GTX coil option.
