VOOPOO PnP Coils

VOOPOO PnP replacement coils are sold in packs of five and cover everything from tight mouth-to-lung vaping at low wattages up to high-power direct-to-lung sub-ohm vaping. The range divides into three sub-series: the VM (Vertical Mesh) series for DTL and RDL, the TW (Twist Wire) series for high-wattage DTL, and the TM (Twisted Mesh) series for MTL. All ten variants share the same plug-and-play press-fit fitting, so any coil drops straight into any PnP-platform pod or tank without tools.

Resistances span 0.15 Ohm to 0.8 Ohm, making VOOPOO PnP coils one of the most versatile replacement coil platforms across the brand's device range.

VM Series: VM1, VM3, VM4, VM5, VM6

The VM (Vertical Mesh) series covers five resistance options for DTL and RDL vaping. All five variants use a vertical mesh construction and are designed for high-VG or 60/40 e-liquids, with the VM4 also accepting 50/50 blends and nicotine salts up to 25mg.

• PnP-VM6: 0.15 Ohm, 60 to 80W, DTL. The highest-power option in the VM series. Produces a fully open DTL draw with high vapour volume. Requires a device capable of at least 60W and a high-VG shortfill.
• PnP-VM5: 0.2 Ohm, 40 to 60W, DTL. Mid-range DTL coil with a good balance of flavour and cloud output. Well-suited to devices in the 40 to 60W range such as the Drag S.
• PnP-VM1: 0.3 Ohm, 32 to 40W, RDL. A slightly restricted DTL draw and the most versatile VM coil across mid-powered VOOPOO devices. Suits high-VG or 70/30 e-liquids at up to 10mg.
• PnP-VM3: 0.45 Ohm, 25 to 35W, RDL. More airflow than a standard MTL coil without requiring a high-powered device. Accepts e-liquids up to 25mg.
• PnP-VM4: 0.6 Ohm, 20 to 28W, RDL. A popular mid-range option that runs on most VOOPOO pod kits. Suits 50/50, 60/40 and nicotine salts up to 25mg.

TW Series: TW15, TW20, TW30

The TW (Twist Wire) series uses a twist-wire mesh construction built for more even heat distribution at high wattages. All three variants require high-VG shortfills and freebase nicotine at no more than 10mg. The TW15 and TW20 tend to run slightly cooler than equivalent-resistance VM coils at the same wattage setting, which many vapers find produces cleaner flavour clarity.

• PnP-TW15: 0.15 Ohm, 55 to 70W, DTL. The highest-power option in the TW series. Broadly comparable to the VM6 but with a lower wattage ceiling and cooler running at the same setting.
• PnP-TW20: 0.2 Ohm, 40 to 55W, DTL. Mid-range DTL coil and a close equivalent to the VM5. Delivers good flavour clarity with shortfills on devices in the 40 to 55W range.
• PnP-TW30: 0.3 Ohm, 28 to 40W, RDL. Restricted DTL draw, comparable to the VM1. Suits devices in the 30 to 40W range with high-VG or 70/30 e-liquids.

TM Series: TM1, TM2

The TM (Twisted Mesh) series covers the MTL end of the PnP range and is the best starting point for vapers switching from smoking. Both coils pair well with 50/50 e-liquids and nicotine salts up to 35mg, making them well-suited to higher-nicotine setups.

• PnP-TM1: 0.6 Ohm, 20 to 25W, MTL. A slightly more open MTL draw with a warmer vapour output. Works on most VOOPOO pod kits and lower-powered mods.
• PnP-TM2: 0.8 Ohm, 12 to 18W, tight MTL. The most restricted draw in the PnP range, closest to a cigarette-style inhale. The recommended starting point for anyone switching from smoking.

Mesh Heating Element

Every coil in the PnP range uses a mesh heating element rather than a round-wire construction. Mesh covers a larger surface area, heats more evenly and produces consistent flavour from the first pull through to the end of the coil's life. Heat-up time is faster than a round-wire equivalent at the same wattage, and the design is more resistant to dry hits during normal use. Sweetened e-liquids and dessert flavours containing sucralose will shorten coil life on any mesh coil, so pairing PnP coils with quality, low-sucralose e-liquids will extend how long each coil lasts.

Plug-and-Play Press-Fit Installation

PnP coils press directly into the base of any PnP-compatible pod or tank: no threading, no screwing and no tools required. Removing a spent coil is done by pushing it out from the opposite end. Before first use, fit the coil, fill the pod or tank, and allow at least five minutes for the wick to saturate before vaping. Starting at the lower end of the coil's wattage range and increasing gradually helps avoid a dry hit on the first draw and extends the coil's working life.

PnP coils fit any VOOPOO device on the PnP platform. Not every coil suits every device, so always check the coil's wattage range against your device's maximum output before ordering. Compatible devices include:

Match Coil Wattage Range to Your Device

Choosing the right PnP coil depends on three things: your device's maximum wattage output, your preferred draw style, and your e-liquid type. Start with your device's maximum output and rule out any coil whose minimum wattage exceeds it. From there, the VM and TW series cover DTL and RDL vaping for vapers using shortfills and freebase nicotine at 10mg or below. The TM series covers MTL vaping for vapers using nicotine salts or higher-PG e-liquids. If you are switching from smoking or new to sub-ohm vaping, the PnP-TM2 offers the most cigarette-like draw in the range and is the safest starting point.

PnP Coils Are Not Interchangeable with PnP X Coils

PnP X is a newer coil platform used across VOOPOO's more recent devices and is not compatible with the original PnP platform. Both use a similar press-fit style but differ in internal dimensions and are not designed to fit each other's pods or tanks. If your device is from the Drag 5, Drag X3, Drag S3 or Vinci E120 range, it takes PnP X coils. If you are unsure, check the coil type listed in your device's user manual or on the original packaging before ordering.
