Vaporesso GTi Replacement Coils (5 Pack)
The Vaporesso GTi coils are sub-ohm mesh replacement coils designed for DTL vaping with the iTank, iTank 2, and iTank T. They use a press-fit installation system, so you push the coil into the base of the tank without any screwing. Four single mesh resistances are available, ranging from the high-powered 0.15Ω (75 to 90W) down to the lower-wattage 0.5Ω (30 to 40W), plus two dual mesh options for vapers who want even richer flavour.
All GTi coils feature Vaporesso's Morph-Mesh heating structure and COREX cotton wicking, which together provide more even heating and longer coil life than standard mesh designs. Sold in packs of five. High VG e-liquids of 70% VG or above are recommended.
GTi Coil Key Features

GTi Coil Wattage and Resistance Guide
Choosing the right GTi coil depends on how much vapour and warmth you want. Lower resistance coils draw more power and produce bigger, warmer clouds. Higher resistance coils run at lower wattages for a slightly cooler, more restrained draw. Here is the full range with recommended wattage settings.
GTi 0.15Ω Mesh Coil (75 to 90W) – The highest-powered option in the GTi range. Best suited to vapers who want maximum cloud production and a warm, intense DTL draw. Works well at around 85W for the best balance of flavour and vapour density.
GTi 0.2Ω Mesh Coil (60 to 75W) – The most popular all-rounder in the range. This coil uses a NiChrome 80 (Ni80) wire mesh, which heats up quickly and delivers strong vapour with a slightly warmer draw. A good starting point is around 65W. This is the coil included pre-installed in the Armour Max and Armour S kits.
GTi 0.4Ω Mesh Coil (50 to 60W) – A flavour-focused coil that runs at moderate wattage. This one uses FeCrAl (Kanthal) wire, which many vapers find produces a wetter, more flavourful hit compared to the Ni80 in the 0.2Ω coil. Best at around 55W. This is the spare coil included in the Armour Max and Armour S kit boxes.
GTi 0.5Ω Mesh Coil (30 to 40W) – The lowest-wattage option, delivering a cooler draw with decent flavour and lower e-liquid consumption. A good choice if you want to save battery life or prefer a less intense vape. Best at around 35W.
GTi 0.2Ω Dual Mesh Coil (60 to 75W) – Uses two mesh heating elements instead of one for more surface area contact with e-liquid. The result is richer, more intense flavour with denser vapour compared to the single mesh 0.2Ω coil at the same wattage.
GTi 0.4Ω Dual Mesh Coil (50 to 60W) – The dual mesh version of the 0.4Ω, offering the same flavour-forward Kanthal character with boosted intensity. A strong option for vapers who enjoy sweet, dessert, or fruity e-liquids and want maximum flavour extraction at moderate wattages.

Morph-Mesh Structure with COREX Cotton
All GTi coils use Vaporesso's Morph-Mesh design, which arranges the mesh heating element in a pattern that distributes heat more evenly across the entire coil surface. This reduces hot spots and gives a more consistent flavour from the first puff to the last. The COREX cotton wicking material is fluffier and more absorbent than standard cotton, allowing it to saturate faster and deliver e-liquid to the mesh more efficiently. Vaporesso states this combination improves vaporisation efficiency and extends coil life by up to 50% compared to standard mesh coils.

Press-Fit Installation
GTi coils push straight into the base of the iTank, iTank 2, or iTank T without any threading or twisting. To install a new coil, pull the old one out from the bottom of the tank base and push the new one in until it clicks into place. There is no alignment required. This makes coil changes quick and tool-free. Before your first vape on a new coil, fill the tank and let the coil soak for 5 to 10 minutes so the cotton is fully saturated. Starting at a lower wattage and working up gradually over the first few fills will also help the coil bed in and last longer.
Compatible Devices
GTi coils fit every Vaporesso tank and kit that uses the iTank coil platform. This includes the following tanks and kits:
- Vaporesso iTank, iTank 2, and iTank T
- Vaporesso Armour Max and Armour S
- Vaporesso Target 100 and Target 200
- Vaporesso Gen 80S and Gen 200
- Vaporesso Gen SE and Gen Max
If your Vaporesso kit or tank came with a GTi coil, any other GTi coil in the range will fit it. The GTi platform is separate from the GTX coil system used in the XROS, Luxe, and Armour G/GS pod kits, so GTi and GTX coils are not interchangeable.
E-Liquid Recommendations
All GTi coils are designed for use with high VG e-liquids. A 70/30 VG/PG ratio or higher is recommended for the best wicking and vapour production. Shortfill e-liquids work well across the full range. Because these coils produce large amounts of vapour at sub-ohm resistances, nicotine strengths of 6mg or lower are generally recommended to keep the throat hit comfortable. Freebase nicotine e-liquids are the standard choice for sub-ohm DTL vaping.
What's in the Box

High VG e-liquids of 70% VG or above are recommended. GTi coils are not compatible with GTX coil tanks or pods.
