The Lost Vape E Plus replacement pods are the refillable pod cartridges for Lost Vape's E40 and Thelema Elite device range. Each pod has a built-in dual mesh coil, so there are no separate coils to fit or replace. When the coil is spent, you swap the whole pod. They are sold in packs of three and have a 2ml capacity in line with UK TPD regulations. Three resistance options are available to suit different vaping styles: 0.3Ω for a DTL vape, 0.45Ω for a DTL vape at lower wattage, and 0.6Ω for MTL.

The pods use a side-fill system with a silicone plug, and the transparent pod body makes it straightforward to check your e-liquid level. These pods are compatible with the Thelema Elite 40, Thelema Elite Art 40, Thelema Elite S, Thelema Nano, Centaurus E40, Centaurus E40 Max, and Centaurus E40 Ultra.

0.3Ω Pod (DTL, up to 40W)

The 0.3Ω E Plus pod is a single mesh coil designed for a direct-to-lung vape at up to 40W. This is the most open draw of the three options and produces the largest amount of vapour. It is best paired with a high-VG shortfill e-liquid of 70% VG or above. Nic salts are not recommended at this resistance due to the volume of vapour produced and the potential for an uncomfortably high nicotine hit. The 0.3Ω pod displays its correct resistance on the device screen as it uses a single coil rather than dual mesh.

0.45Ω Pod (DTL, up to 30W)

The 0.45Ω E Plus pod is a dual mesh coil running up to 30W, sitting between the 0.3Ω and 0.6Ω options in terms of wattage and vapour output. It delivers a DTL vape with a slightly tighter draw than the 0.3Ω. A high-VG shortfill of 70% VG or above is recommended. As a dual mesh pod, the device screen will display the resistance as 0.9Ω rather than 0.45Ω. This is normal and does not affect performance. The 0.45Ω pod is the newest addition to the E Plus range and is the variant most vapers using the Thelema Elite S and Thelema Nano will find most suitable.

0.6Ω Pod (MTL/RDTL, up to 22W)

The 0.6Ω E Plus pod is a dual mesh coil running up to 22W, suited to mouth-to-lung and restricted DTL vaping. It produces noticeably less vapour than the 0.3Ω or 0.45Ω options and works well with nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids. The 0.6Ω pod is the right choice for vapers who prefer a tighter draw or who are using higher nicotine strengths. As a dual mesh pod, the device screen will show the resistance as 1.2Ω rather than 0.6Ω. This is expected behaviour, not a device fault.

Side-Fill System

All three E Plus pod variants use the same side-fill design. A silicone plug on the side of the pod pulls out to reveal the fill port. Fill with e-liquid, replace the plug, and leave the pod for a minute or two to allow the mesh coil to absorb the liquid before vaping. The transparent pod body means you can see when the pod is running low without needing to remove it from the device. When replacing a new pod, allow it to sit filled for a few minutes before firing to avoid a dry hit on the first draw.
