OXVA Xlim Pro 2 DNA Kit

The OXVA Xlim Pro 2 DNA is the most advanced pod kit in the Xlim range. It is built around a custom Evolv DNA chipset developed in collaboration between OXVA and Evolv, bringing temperature control, anti-dry-hit protection and Replay Mode to a compact pod system for the first time.

The DNA chip reads coil temperature 30,000 times per second and automatically cuts power when e-liquid runs low, so you will never get a dry hit or a burnt coil. Replay Mode lets you save your favourite puff and recreate the exact power curve with every draw. 

The kit ships with two new stainless steel Xlim Top Fill pods (0.6Ω and 0.8Ω) that are required for the DNA features to work. It also remains fully compatible with standard Xlim V3, V2 and EZ pods. 

A 1300mAh battery, 0.56" HD colour screen, dual activation (draw or button), adjustable airflow, and 5V/2A fast charging round out a kit that works just as well for beginners as it does for experienced vapers who want to fine-tune their vape via the EScribe PC software. Available in five colours, including the limited-edition Luminous Forged Carbon Fibre.

Evolv DNA Chipset with Anti-Dry-Hit Protection

The OXVA x Evolv DNA chip is a custom chipset designed specifically for this device. It monitors coil temperature 30,000 times per second, which is over 300 times more responsive than a standard vape chipset. When it detects that the coil is getting too hot because e-liquid is running low, it automatically reduces power and displays "Fill Pod" on the screen. This means you will never get a dry hit or burn your coil, even if you forget to check your liquid level. The anti-dry-hit feature works exclusively with the stainless steel Xlim pods. If you use standard Kanthal-coil Xlim pods, the device will still work normally but without the temperature control protection.

Replay Mode

Replay Mode lets you lock in your favourite puff. When you take a draw that has the right warmth, flavour and vapour, press the heart button on the side of the device to save it. The DNA chip records the exact power curve of that puff and recreates it with every subsequent draw. This gives you a perfectly consistent vape regardless of battery level, coil age or how hard you inhale. You can update your saved puff at any time by pressing the heart button again after a new draw. Like anti-dry-hit, Replay Mode requires the stainless steel Xlim pods.

Stainless Steel Mesh Pods for Temperature Control

The kit includes two new Xlim Top Fill SS (stainless steel) pods. Unlike the standard Xlim pods that use Kanthal coils, the SS pods use stainless steel mesh coils that allow the DNA chip to accurately measure and control temperature. The included pods are 0.6Ω (recommended at 18-23W for RDTL vaping) and 0.8Ω (recommended at 12-16W for MTL vaping). A 1.2Ω SS pod is available separately for tighter MTL draws, and a 0.4Ω SS pod is on its way. All pods hold 2ml of e-liquid (UK TPD) and use the same top-fill system as the standard Xlim V3 pods. The SS pods are designed for use with the DNA version only and are not recommended for use in non-DNA Xlim devices.

1300mAh Battery with 2A USB-C Fast Charging

A 1300mAh battery provides enough power to last a full day of regular use and well into a second day for lighter vapers. The 5V/2A USB-C fast charging gets the battery from empty to full in around 30 minutes, so downtime is minimal. The screen displays the battery percentage in real time while charging. The included USB-C cable also supports data transmission for connecting to the EScribe software on your PC.

0.56" HD Colour Screen

The Xlim Pro 2 DNA has a 0.56" HD colour screen that displays wattage, resistance, battery percentage and puff counter. When the anti-dry-hit system activates, the screen shows a clear "Fill Pod" warning. The display themes and animations can be customised through the EScribe software if you want to personalise the look. An RGB light bar also provides visual feedback during use, though this can be turned off through the settings if you prefer a more discreet appearance.

5-30W Output with Auto and Manual Wattage

The Xlim Pro 2 DNA outputs between 5W and 30W. In auto mode, the device detects the pod resistance and sets the wattage to the recommended range. You can also adjust the wattage manually using the function button if you want more or less power than the automatic setting provides. This gives you greater control than the standard Xlim Pro 2, where wattage is fixed to resistance.

Dual Activation

The Xlim Pro 2 DNA supports both draw activation and button firing. You can inhale to fire the device, press the function button to fire it, or use both. To turn the device on or off, press the heart button and function button together for two seconds. The device will also power off automatically after 36 hours of inactivity to save battery. To switch the display language, press the function button six times over 2.5 seconds to enter switching mode.

Adjustable Airflow Slider for MTL and RDTL

A sliding airflow control on the side of the device lets you adjust the draw resistance. Close it down for a tighter mouth-to-lung pull, or open it up for a looser restricted direct-to-lung draw. The slider stays in position once set and has three airflow holes that provide a good range of adjustment. The 0.8Ω pod works well for MTL with the airflow partially closed, while the 0.6Ω pod suits RDTL with the airflow more open.

Compatible with All OXVA Xlim Pods

While the stainless steel pods are the best match for this device, the Xlim Pro 2 DNA also works with every other Xlim pod in the range. That includes the standard Xlim V3 Top Fill pods (0.4/0.6/0.8/1.2Ω), Xlim EZ pods (0.4/0.6/0.8/1.2Ω), Xlim V2 side-fill pods, and Xlim Prefilled pods. When using standard Kanthal-coil pods, the device operates as a normal variable wattage kit without the anti-dry-hit or Replay features. This broad compatibility means you can try different pod styles and resistances while still benefiting from the DNA version's build quality, screen and battery.

EScribe PC Software for Deep Customisation

The Xlim Pro 2 DNA is compatible with a dedicated version of Evolv's EScribe software, which you can download from the OXVA website. Connect the device to your PC using the included USB-C cable (which supports data transmission) and you can customise power curves, screen themes, display animations and device settings in detail. The software also lets you update the firmware to the latest version. For most vapers, the out-of-the-box settings work perfectly well. The EScribe option is there for those who want to go deeper.

The Luminous Forged Carbon Fibre finish uses real carbon fibre construction with embedded luminous flakes that shift colour in different lighting and glow in the dark. The other four colours use zinc alloy frames with IML and PCTG panels. All five finishes carry the "EVOLV DNA INSIDE" branding on the rear of the device.
