Vaporesso Xros Pro Pod Vape Kit

The Vaporesso Xros Pro is a refillable pod kit built for vapers who want precise control without the bulk of a full mod setup. It is the first device in the Xros series to feature a screen and adjustable wattage up to 30W, making it a notable step up from standard Xros models. Housing a 1200mAh battery with USB-C fast charging, it covers MTL, RDTL, and DTL vaping styles in a compact aluminium alloy body weighing around 84g.

The kit includes two 0.4Ω Corex 2.0 pods and accepts the full Xros pod range from 0.4Ω through to 1.2Ω. It suits vapers moving on from disposables as well as those coming from another Xros device who want more control over their output.

1200mAh Battery

The Xros Pro carries a 1200mAh built-in battery, 200mAh more than the previous generation of Xros devices. Most vapers will get through a full day of moderate use on a single charge. Battery level is displayed on the screen at all times so you always know where you stand.

USB-C Fast Charge

Charging runs through USB-C at 5V/2A, taking the battery from flat to full in around 35 minutes. The screen displays the current charge level and an estimated time remaining while the device is plugged in. A USB-C cable is included in the box.

5-30W Adjustable Output

When the 0.4Ω pod is fitted, output is adjustable between 15W and 30W in 0.5W increments. Press the fire button three times to enter wattage mode, then press again to step through the values. The recommended starting point is 25W for a balanced RDTL vape with the 0.4Ω pod. Wattage control is only available with the 0.4Ω pod; all other Xros pods use ECO, Normal, and Power modes instead.

Super Pulse Mode

Super Pulse mode monitors the battery charge in real time and adjusts the output to maintain consistent power delivery as the charge level drops. Without it, vapour and flavour typically weaken noticeably when the battery gets low. With it active, performance stays far more consistent from the first vape of the day to the last, which is particularly noticeable at higher wattages with the 0.4Ω pod.

The Xros Pro is the first device in the Xros series to feature a display screen. With the 0.4Ω pod fitted, it shows wattage, puff count, and battery level. With any other Xros pod, it shows the active mode, puff count, and battery level. Button functions are as follows:

• 1 click: fire
• 2 clicks: cycle RGB light colour
• 3 clicks: adjust wattage (0.4Ω pod) or switch mode (other pods)
• 4 clicks: open settings menu, including puff counter reset
• 5 clicks: power on or off

ECO, Normal, and Power Modes

When any Xros pod other than the 0.4Ω is fitted, the device uses three preset power modes rather than variable wattage. ECO mode reduces output to conserve battery life, Normal mode gives a balanced draw, and Power mode increases output for a warmer vape. Press the fire button three times to cycle between them. Recommended pairings by resistance are as follows:

• 0.6Ω pod: Normal or Power mode (approx. 21W)
• 0.8Ω pod: Normal or ECO mode (approx. 16W)
• 1.0Ω pod: ECO or Normal mode (approx. 12W)
• 1.2Ω pod: ECO mode (approx. 10W)

Button and Draw Activation

The Xros Pro fires through either button press or auto-draw, whichever suits you. The slide-lock switch on the side locks the fire button to stop accidental firing in a bag or pocket. Auto-draw still works when the button is locked, so you do not need to unlock the device to take a draw. Slide the switch downward to unlock the button. To turn the device on or off, press the fire button five times quickly.

Adjustable Airflow

A slider on the back of the device controls the side airflow inlet. Closing it tightens the draw for a mouth-to-lung vape, while opening it gives a more open, restricted-direct-lung draw. Higher resistance pods (1.0Ω and 1.2Ω) pair best with a closed or near-closed slider, while the 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods work better with the airflow more open.

Two 0.4Ω Corex 2.0 Pods Included, 2ml TPD

The kit ships with two 0.4Ω Xros Corex 2.0 pods; one comes pre-installed and the second is boxed as a spare. Each pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations and uses a top-fill design with a snap-off mouthpiece and silicone-sealed fill port. The 0.4Ω resistance is exclusive to the Xros Pro, Xros 4, and Xros 4 Mini and will not work in earlier Xros models. Pod longevity varies by usage, but most vapers find a pod lasts one to two weeks with regular daily use before flavour starts to fade.

Full Xros Pod Compatibility

Beyond the included 0.4Ω pods, the Xros Pro accepts all Xros pods in the wider range, including Corex 2.0 and Corex 3.0 in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω resistances. If you are coming from another Xros device, any pods you already own will work without any changes. For e-liquid pairing, the 0.4Ω pod works best with 70VG or higher blends at 3mg to 6mg nicotine, while 0.6Ω to 1.2Ω pods suit 50/50 or high-PG nic salts at 10mg to 20mg.
