The Vaporesso Xros 4 Mini is a compact, draw-activated refillable pod kit built around a 1000mAh battery in a lightweight aluminium alloy body weighing just 47g. It has no button and no screen, making it one of the simplest devices in the Xros range to use — simply insert a pod and inhale. Smart Mode automatically detects the resistance of whichever Xros pod you fit and sets the correct wattage without any input needed.

It comes with a 0.6Ω Corex 2.0 pod and is compatible with the full Xros pod range, covering MTL and RDTL vaping styles across 13 colour options. It is particularly well suited to new vapers, those switching from disposables, and anyone who prefers a straightforward device without modes or menus to navigate.

1000mAh Battery

The Xros 4 Mini carries a 1000mAh integrated battery housed in an all-aluminium alloy unibody, keeping the device lightweight at 47g while remaining durable enough for daily carry. Most vapers will find the battery lasts a full day of regular use, and potentially longer on moderate use with higher resistance pods. The slim profile — 11cm tall, 2.4cm wide, and 1.4cm deep — makes it comfortable in a pocket or small bag.

USB-C Fast Charge

The device charges via USB-C, reaching a full charge from flat in around 30 minutes. The charging port sits on the base of the device. A USB-C cable is included in the box, so no additional accessories are needed to get started.

Draw-Activation Only

The Xros 4 Mini has no fire button. To vape, simply inhale through the mouthpiece and the device activates automatically. There are no menus, no clicks, and no settings to navigate, which makes this one of the most straightforward refillable kits available. If you are used to a disposable device, the experience of picking this up and using it will feel immediately familiar.

Smart Mode

Smart Mode uses the AXON chipset to detect the resistance of the pod fitted to the device and automatically apply the correct wattage for that pod. You do not need to adjust any settings when swapping between pods of different resistances. This makes the Xros 4 Mini a reliable choice for vapers who want good performance without having to think about power levels.

Pulse Mode

Pulse mode monitors battery charge in real time and adjusts power delivery to maintain consistent output as the battery level drops. Without it, vapour and flavour typically weaken noticeably towards the end of a charge cycle. With it active, performance stays more consistent from a fully charged battery right through to the point where the device needs recharging.

RGB LED Battery Indicator

A semi-circular LED strip on the front of the device shows battery status at a glance through three colour states. The LED also flashes to indicate charging and alerts you to any errors such as a pod connection issue or a depleted battery. Battery states are as follows:

• Green: 70% to 100%
• Blue: 30% to 70%
• Red: 0% to 30%

Adjustable Airflow

A slider on the back of the device adjusts the side airflow inlet, letting you tailor the draw from a tight mouth-to-lung style through to a more open restricted-direct-lung draw. Closing the slider completely gives a tighter, cigarette-like draw that pairs well with higher resistance pods (1.0Ω and 1.2Ω) and nic salts. Opening it more suits the 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods and a slightly airier inhale. The airflow adjustment was added in the Xros 4 generation and was not available on earlier Xros Mini models.

SSS Leak-Resistant Technology, 2ml Top-Fill

Xros Corex 2.0 pods use SSS (Super Smooth System) leak-resistant technology to prevent internal leakage during normal use. The pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations. To refill, snap off the mouthpiece to reveal the fill port, which is marked with a red silicone ring. Fill, replace the mouthpiece, and allow a few minutes for the coil to saturate before vaping to get the best flavour from a new pod.

Includes One 0.6Ω Corex 2.0 Pod

The kit ships with one 0.6Ω Xros Corex 2.0 pod pre-installed. The 0.6Ω resistance is a good all-round starting point, working well with 50/50 e-liquids and nic salts at 10mg to 20mg nicotine strength. Pod lifespan varies with usage, but most vapers find a single pod lasts one to two weeks before flavour starts to fade, at which point the whole pod is replaced rather than just the coil.

Full Xros Pod Compatibility

The Xros 4 Mini accepts all pods in the Xros range, including Corex 2.0 and Corex 3.0 pods in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω resistances, as well as Deliciu prefilled pods. Smart Mode means the device automatically adjusts to whichever pod you fit, with no manual changes needed. For e-liquid pairing, 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods work best with 50/50 or higher VG blends at lower nicotine strengths, while 0.8Ω to 1.2Ω pods suit high-PG nic salts at 10mg to 20mg.
