The Uwell Caliburn G4 Mini is a compact, draw-activated pod kit built for vapers who want simple, reliable performance without buttons, screens, or settings to manage. At just 45g and 110mm tall, it is one of the smallest devices in the Caliburn G series, making it an excellent choice for anyone switching from disposable vapes or looking for a low-maintenance everyday carry.

A built-in 1100mAh battery handles most vapers' full-day needs on a single charge, and Smart Mode automatically selects the correct wattage for whatever pod you insert, so there is nothing to configure. The G4 Mini works with Caliburn G3 and GPP replacement pods and includes one 0.6ohm G3 pod to get started. A USB-C cable is not included in the box and will need to be purchased separately if required.

1100mAh Built-In Battery

The Caliburn G4 Mini carries a 1100mAh built-in battery, which is slightly larger than the standard G3's 900mAh despite the G4 Mini being a smaller, lighter device. Most vapers using the included 0.6ohm pod at typical wattages will get through a full day on a single charge, with some lighter users reporting 10 to 11 hours of use. When it does need charging, the USB Type-C port supports 2A fast charging and brings the battery back from empty in under an hour. Note that a USB-C cable is not included in the box, so have one ready before you start.

Smart Mode: Automatic Wattage

The G4 Mini uses Smart Mode rather than manual wattage adjustment. When you insert a pod, the device reads the coil resistance and automatically selects the most suitable output, up to a maximum of 35W. This removes the need for any setup and makes switching between pod resistances straightforward. If you insert a 0.9ohm pod for a tighter MTL vape, Smart Mode will dial down the output accordingly. If you move to a 0.6ohm pod for a slightly more open draw, it adjusts upwards. There are no buttons to press or screens to navigate: the device simply detects and adapts.

Draw-Activation

The G4 Mini is entirely draw-activated with no fire button. Inhale on the mouthpiece and the device activates; stop inhaling and it stops. This makes it one of the most intuitive options available for anyone stepping away from disposable vapes or cigarettes, where a button is never part of the process. There is no lock function or mode cycling, which keeps the device completely hassle-free to pick up and use. The trade-off versus button-activated devices is that you cannot fire the coil without drawing, but for most MTL vapers this is not a limitation.

Dual Airflow Control: Slider and Pod Rotation

The G4 Mini offers two methods of airflow adjustment, which together give more fine-tuning than either method alone. The primary control is the airflow slider on the side of the device, which moves between open and closed positions to loosen or tighten each draw continuously. The secondary method is pod rotation: inserting the pod with the smaller airflow inlet facing the device channel tightens the draw further for a closer MTL feel, while rotating the pod the other way opens it up for a slightly more RDTL experience. Using both together means you can dial the draw resistance to a very specific preference without needing a different pod resistance.

Compatible Pods

The G3 Pro Koko accepts both Caliburn G3 pods and the current Caliburn GPP pods. The included pods are a 0.4Ω G3 pod and a 0.9Ω G3 pod.

If you are an MTL vaper or primarily use nicotine salts, start with the 0.9Ω pod rather than the 0.4Ω. The 0.4Ω is an RDTL pod and can experience leaking when used with salt-based liquids and a mouth-to-lung draw.

2ml Top-Fill Refillable Pod

The included Caliburn G3 pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations. To refill, remove the pod from the device, take off the mouthpiece cap to expose the fill port, and insert the nib of your e-liquid bottle. Replace the cap and reinsert the pod before vaping. After filling a new pod, leave it to stand upright for around 10 minutes to allow the e-liquid to saturate the coil fully before inhaling. This priming step helps the coil reach full flavour performance and significantly extends its lifespan. Skipping it is the most common cause of a burnt taste on first use.

Pro-FOCS Flavour Technology with Ultrasonic-Welded Pods

Every Caliburn G3 pod uses Uwell's Pro-FOCS (Flavour Optimisation Coil System) alongside a FeCrAl meshed coil to extract consistent flavour from freebase and nicotine salt e-liquids alike. The pod body is assembled using ultrasonic welding, which creates a fully air-tight construction throughout and substantially reduces leaking compared to earlier Caliburn pods. A U-shaped airflow channel within the pod further separates the e-liquid from the air path, which prevents gurgling and improves the consistency of each draw. These pods are designed to be replaced as a whole unit when the flavour drops rather than requiring separate coil swaps.

USB Type-C Charging

The G4 Mini charges via USB Type-C at 5V/2A, which brings a depleted battery back to full in under an hour. No USB-C cable is included in the box, so if you do not already have one, it is worth adding one to your order. Any standard USB-C cable will work. The charging port is on the bottom of the device, and the LED indicator on the device will show charging status during the recharge cycle.
