The Uwell Caliburn G3 Pro is a step up from the standard Caliburn G3, built for vapers who want more power, more control, and a more premium feel. It houses a 1000mAh built-in battery, pushes up to 35W, and features a full-screen dynamic display that shows wattage, coil resistance, battery level, firing mode, and a puff counter on a single colour screen. Where the standard G3 uses pod rotation to adjust airflow, the G3 Pro introduces a dedicated side airflow slider, making it the first Caliburn device to offer this level of fine-tuned control.

1000mAh Built-In Battery

The Caliburn G3 Pro carries a 1000mAh built-in battery, a step up from the standard G3's 900mAh. For most vapers using the 0.9ohm pod at moderate wattages, a full charge will cover a full day of use. The battery level is shown clearly on the full-screen display, so there is no guessing when you need to top up. Charging via the included USB Type-C cable at 5V/2A brings the battery back from empty quickly, with most users reporting a full charge in around 40 to 60 minutes.

5-35W Variable Wattage Output

The G3 Pro's 35W ceiling is 10W higher than the standard Caliburn G3, which makes it a more capable device for RDTL vaping. The 0.4ohm pod runs best between 20W and 35W for a full, warm draw, while the 0.9ohm pod performs well at lower settings between 10W and 20W for a tighter MTL feel. Wattage is adjusted by pressing the fire button three times to enter the adjustment mode, then changing the level on screen. The device detects which pod is installed and suggests a starting wattage, which takes some of the guesswork out of switching between pods.

Full-Screen Dynamic Display

Unlike the standard G3's OLED readout, the G3 Pro uses a larger full-screen colour display that fills the front face of the device. It shows wattage, coil resistance, battery percentage, firing mode, and puff count at a glance. An animated screen element also runs during each puff. The screen is the device's most distinctive visual feature, but it is also its most vulnerable component. Several users have reported screen cracks from pocket pressure and minor drops. A protective case or careful handling is worth considering if you carry the device loose in a bag or pocket.

Dedicated Side Airflow Slider

The Caliburn G3 Pro is the first device in the Caliburn range to include a dedicated airflow slider, rather than relying on pod rotation to change the draw resistance. The slider sits on the side of the device and moves between open and closed positions, allowing you to fine-tune the draw continuously rather than switching between fixed positions. Opening the slider fully gives a loose, airy RDTL pull; closing it partially tightens the draw towards a more MTL feel. This makes the G3 Pro significantly more flexible for finding a personal sweet spot than earlier Caliburn kits.

Button and Auto-Draw Activation

The G3 Pro uses a single button on the side of the device. Pressing it twice switches between auto-draw mode and button-only mode, so you can choose how you activate the device. Button mode gives more precise control over when vapour is produced and is useful if you want to avoid auto-firing in windy conditions. Auto-draw mode is the more natural option for those switching from disposable vapes or cigarettes. Pressing the button five times locks the device to prevent accidental activation in a pocket or bag.

Compatible with Caliburn G3 and GPP Pods

The G3 Pro accepts pods from both the Caliburn G3 series and the Caliburn GPP series. The kit includes one 0.4Ω and one 0.9Ω G3 pod as standard.

Caliburn G3 pods (included in box):

• 0.4Ω: RDTL. Best at higher wattages with freebase or higher-VG e-liquids
• 0.6Ω: RDTL, 5-25W
• 0.9Ω: MTL/RDTL. Best starting point for MTL vapers and nic salt users
• 1.2Ω: MTL, tightest draw

Caliburn GPP pods:

• 0.4Ω: RDTL, 35W
• 0.6Ω: RDTL, 25W
• 0.9Ω: MTL, 15W
• 1.2Ω: MTL, 13W

The 0.4Ω pod can produce a harsher hit with high-strength nic salts and is more prone to leaking when used at low wattages with thin e-liquids. MTL vapers using nic salts should start with the 0.9Ω pod.

2ml Top-Fill Refillable Pod

Each Caliburn G3 pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations. Refilling is done by removing the mouthpiece to reveal the fill port on top of the pod. Lift or push the silicone plug to open the port, fill with your e-liquid, then replace the mouthpiece. You do not need to remove the pod from the device to refill. After filling, leave the pod upright for a few minutes to allow the coil to saturate fully before vaping. Skipping this step can cause a dry, burnt taste, especially with a new pod.

Pro-FOCS Flavour Technology with Ultrasonic-Welded Pods

Every Caliburn G3 pod uses Uwell's Pro-FOCS (Flavour Optimisation Coil System) technology alongside a FeCrAl meshed coil structure to produce consistent, accurate flavour from both freebase and nicotine salt e-liquids. The pod body is assembled using ultrasonic welding, which creates a fully sealed construction throughout and addresses the leaking issues that affected earlier Caliburn generations. The welded design also includes an anti-spitback channel between the coil chamber and mouthpiece, which prevents hot droplets from reaching the mouth during use. Users consistently report that G3 pods outlast many competing pod designs before flavour quality drops.

USB Type-C Charging

The G3 Pro charges via USB Type-C at 5V/2A and a cable is included in the box. The device can be used while charging, so you do not need to pause vaping during a recharge.
