The PIXL Duo 12 is a rechargeable prefilled pod kit that holds two flavours at once and lets you switch between them by rotating the mouthpiece. Each kit contains two 1ml prefilled mesh coil pods and two 5ml e-liquid refill containers, giving 12ml of e-liquid in total and up to 6,000 puffs per refill pack. The device runs on an 850mAh built-in battery, charges via USB-C, and has a display screen that shows your battery level. Two Flavours, One Device

The PIXL Duo 12 is built around the idea of having two different flavours available in the same device at the same time. The kit comes with two separate pods and two refill containers, each containing a different flavour from the same edition. To switch between them you just rotate the mouthpiece so it sits over whichever pod you want to vape, then draw as normal. The mouthpiece twist takes a second and you can flip between the two flavours as often as you like throughout the day.

How the E-Liquid System Works

Each pod holds 1ml of prefilled nic salt e-liquid and has a mesh coil built in. Below the pods sit two 5ml refill containers, which automatically top up the pods as you vape. The whole assembly clips into the battery device at the base. When the e-liquid runs out, you replace the refill pack (pods and containers together) and reuse the battery device. The device is not a disposable; the battery and display unit stay with you and only the pods and liquid containers are replaced.

Battery, Charging, and Display

The 850mAh battery is built into the base of the device and charges via USB-C. The cable is not included in the box, so if you do not already have one you will need to source a USB-C cable separately. A small display screen on the front of the device shows your battery level so you can see when it needs charging. A full charge gives you enough capacity to get through a full refill pack in normal use.

Boost Mode and Safety Lock

The side button on the PIXL Duo 12 handles two functions. Double-clicking it activates Boost mode, which increases the power output for a more intense flavour and a slightly denser draw. To deactivate Boost mode, double-click again. Click the button five times in quick succession to engage the safety lock, which prevents the device from firing accidentally when it is in your pocket or bag. Five clicks again will unlock it. If the device does not respond when you try to vape, check whether the safety lock is engaged.

Setting Up the PIXL Duo 12

The kit arrives as three separate components: the mouthpiece and pod assembly, the two connected 5ml refill containers, and the battery device. To assemble it, make sure the two refill containers are clipped together, then attach the mouthpiece and pod section on top of them. Insert the combined assembly down into the battery device until it seats firmly, then press the side button three times to turn the device on. Rotate the mouthpiece over your preferred flavour side and inhale to vape. No priming or manual filling is needed.
