The OXVA Xlim Pro 3 is the latest flagship in the standard Xlim range, replacing the Pro 2 with a bigger battery, bigger screen, and OXVA's first Pulse System chipset. The 1500mAh battery is a step up from the Pro 2's 1300mAh and comfortably lasts a full day of MTL vaping. A 1.05" HD colour screen is 88% larger than the Pro 2's 0.56" display and reads clearly in direct sunlight thanks to 300 nits brightness.

The Pulse System, powered by the Intelligent Photon Chip, delivers high-frequency micro-pulses rather than a standard on/off burst of power, keeping flavour consistent from the first puff to the last. 

OXVA rates it at 80% or better flavour output even when the battery drops to 20%, where most pod kits fall to around half. The kit ships with two Xlim V3 Top Fill pods (0.6Ω pre-installed and 0.8Ω) and remains compatible with every Xlim pod in the range.

Dual activation, adjustable airflow, 5-30W output, and nine colour options across leather, carbon, and silk finishes complete a kit that suits new vapers and experienced users alike. Launched in November 2025.

Pulse System with Intelligent Photon Chip

The Xlim Pro 3 is the first OXVA device to feature the Pulse System. Rather than delivering power in a standard on/off burst, the Photon Chip sends rapid micro-pulses to the coil during each draw. This keeps the power output stable and balanced from inhale to exhale, which translates to more consistent flavour and vapour.

The biggest practical benefit is at lower battery levels. OXVA rates the Pulse System at 80% or better flavour consistency even when the battery is down to 20%. Most pod kits drop to around half their normal flavour output at that point. The result is a vape that tastes the same at the end of the day as it did in the morning.

1500mAh Battery with 2A USB-C Fast Charging

The 1500mAh battery is a 15% increase over the Pro 2's 1300mAh cell. On a 0.8Ω pod at moderate MTL use, it comfortably lasts a full day. Lighter vapers may get into a second day. The 5V/2A USB-C fast charging reaches 80% in around 30 minutes.

A full charge takes roughly 55 to 65 minutes, depending on conditions. The screen displays real-time battery percentage, so you always know exactly where you stand. The USB-C port is located on the base of the device.

1.05" HD Colour Screen

The Xlim Pro 3's screen is 88% larger than the Pro 2's 0.56" display and 20% bigger than most competing pod kits. At 300 nits brightness, it stays readable outdoors in direct sunlight.

The screen shows wattage, coil resistance, battery percentage, and puff counter all at once without needing to scroll through menus. OXVA calls this their "One Scan" layout. You can customise the display with different themes and LED light effects through the menu.

If you prefer a clean look, the LED effects can be turned off entirely. The puff counter tracks usage, but be aware that selecting the puff option in the menu clears the count without a confirmation prompt.

5-30W Output with Smart and Manual Wattage

In Smart Mode, the Xlim Pro 3 reads the resistance of the installed pod and automatically sets the wattage to the recommended range. The 0.8Ω pod runs at 12-16W for MTL, the 0.6Ω pod at 18-25W for RDTL, and the 0.4Ω pod at 25-30W for a warmer, more vapour-heavy draw. To adjust the wattage manually, press the button three times quickly. You can then scroll through the 5-30W range to fine-tune the output to your preference.

Dual Activation

The Xlim Pro 3 supports both draw activation and button firing. Inhale on the mouthpiece and the device fires automatically, or press the button to fire manually. The single button handles all device functions: five clicks to turn on or off, four clicks to lock or unlock (prevents accidental pocket firing), three clicks to enter wattage adjustment, and two clicks to open the menu. The menu gives access to theme selection, LED light settings, and puff counter reset.

Horizontal Side Airflow Slider for MTL and RDTL

The Xlim Pro 3 uses a horizontal airflow slider on the side of the device. The horizontal orientation is a change from some older Xlim designs and prevents accidental blocking when you hold the device. Slide it closed for a tight, cigarette-style MTL draw.

Open it up for a looser RDTL pull with more vapour. The slider holds its position once set. Pair the 0.8Ω pod with partially closed airflow for a classic MTL vape, or open the airflow with the 0.6Ω pod for a warmer, airier draw.

Compatible with All OXVA Xlim Pods

The Xlim Pro 3 accepts every Xlim pod OXVA has made, with the sole exception of the Xlim C. That includes Xlim V3 Top Fill pods (0.4/0.6/0.8/1.2Ω), Xlim V2 side-fill pods, Xlim EZ snap-cap pods (0.4/0.6/0.8/1.2Ω), and OXVA Xlim Prefilled pods.

If you already own an older Xlim device, your existing pods will carry over to the Pro 3 without adapters or changes. The kit ships with two Xlim V3 Top Fill pods: a 0.6Ω (pre-installed) and a 0.8Ω. Both hold 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations and feature UniTech 2.0 multi-layered mesh coils for improved flavour and longer coil life. 

The fill port sits on the side of the pod under a rubber plug. You can refill without removing the pod from the device. This redesigned fill position has addressed the occasional leaking that could occur with older pod designs.

Zinc Alloy Body

The Xlim Pro 3 is built from zinc alloy with PCTG panels. At 119.9mm tall, 25.7mm wide, and 15mm deep, it is slightly larger and heavier than the Pro 2 (114.5mm x 25mm x 15mm, 67g) to accommodate the bigger battery and screen. The 77.4g weight gives it a solid, premium feel in the hand.

The flattened pen-style profile sits comfortably in a jacket or trouser pocket. The rounded edges and ergonomic shape are carried over from the Pro 2, so it feels immediately familiar if you are upgrading.

The Xlim Pro 3 is available in nine colours across three finish styles.

All nine colours share the same zinc alloy frame. The leather finishes have textured back panels that add grip and a premium look. The silk finishes also feature textured panels with a softer, smoother feel. The carbon finishes have a sleek, polished look, but note that the glossy Pro Carbon variant will show fingerprints and dust more readily than the matte Black Carbon.

The kit includes two pods and a USB-C cable. Note that no lanyard is included with the Pro 3, unlike the Pro 2 which shipped with one. Add your preferred nic salt or freebase e-liquid, fill the pod via the side fill port, wait five to ten minutes for the cotton to prime, and you are ready to go. Additional pods in 0.4Ω and 1.2Ω resistances can be purchased separately.
