The GeekVape Wenax Q2 is a compact, beginner-friendly pod kit with a 1250mAh built-in battery, 30W maximum output, and a 0.85-inch OLED colour screen. The body is built from aluminium alloy with a genuine leather grip panel on the back, giving it a more premium feel than most pod kits at this price point. It is draw-activated with a single multi-function button for wattage adjustment and screen customisation.

Airflow is adjusted via a three-position slider on the side of the device, covering tight MTL through to a more open restricted DTL draw. The Wenax Q2 uses GeekVape Q pod cartridges, which have integrated mesh coils, side-fill ports, and a 2ml capacity in the UK TPD version. The kit includes two pods to get you started and is available in nine colours.

1250mAh Battery with Fast Charging

The Wenax Q2 has a built-in 1250mAh battery that covers a full day of use for most vapers. Type-C fast charging at 5V/2A brings the battery to 80% in around 30 minutes. Charging from flat to full takes around 40 minutes. The screen shows battery level at all times so you can see when a top-up is needed without having to guess. The device uses a standard Type-C cable, the same as most phones and tablets, so a replacement is easy to find if needed.

30W Output with Smart and Variable Modes

The Wenax Q2 delivers up to 30W and supports two wattage modes. Smart Mode reads the resistance of the fitted pod and automatically sets an appropriate wattage, which makes it a good option for people who prefer a hands-off setup. Variable Mode lets you adjust the wattage manually within the safe range for the fitted coil. Pressing the button three times cycles through power levels. The wattage range adjustable per pod resistance is 8-12W for the 1.2Ω, 12-18W for the 0.8Ω, 18-25W for the 0.6Ω, and 25-30W for the 0.4Ω.

0.85-Inch OLED Colour Screen

The Wenax Q2 has a 0.85-inch OLED colour screen that shows wattage, battery level, coil resistance, and puff count. Four UI themes are available, each with its own colour scheme and animated battery indicator. Double-pressing the button cycles through the themes. The animation can be turned on or off by holding the button. The screen is bright and readable in daylight, which is an improvement over the smaller display on the original Wenax Q.

Aluminium Alloy Body with Leather Grip Panel

The Wenax Q2 has a flat rectangular body made from aluminium alloy with a soft-touch leather panel covering the rear face of the device. The leather gives it a slightly softer grip than a plain metal finish and makes it more comfortable to hold for long periods. The device weighs around 80g with a pod fitted, making it light enough to carry all day without noticing it in a pocket. The build feels solid rather than hollow, and the leather does not peel at the edges with normal daily use.

Draw-Activated with Single Button

The Wenax Q2 fires automatically on inhale, so there is no need to hold a fire button while vaping. The single button on the side of the device handles all secondary functions. Three presses adjusts the wattage in Variable Mode. Two presses switches between the four screen themes. Holding the button turns the screen animation on or off. Five presses locks or unlocks the device. The draw-activated firing is responsive and adds no noticeable delay to the start of each vape.

3-Level Adjustable Airflow

The airflow slider on the side of the Wenax Q2 has three positions. The tightest position suits a tight, cigarette-style MTL draw with the 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω pod. The middle position suits a standard MTL draw with the 0.8Ω pod. The most open position suits a loose MTL or restricted DTL draw with the 0.6Ω pod. The slider is firm enough that it does not shift in a pocket but can be moved easily with a fingernail. Adjusting the airflow changes the draw noticeably, so it is worth spending a few minutes finding the combination of resistance, wattage, and airflow that works best for your preference.

Compatible with GeekVape Q Pod Cartridges

The Wenax Q2 takes the full range of GeekVape Q replacement pod cartridges, including all four resistance options. The pods connect magnetically at the top of the device and are sold separately in packs of three.

• 0.4Ω pod runs at 25-30W for a restricted DTL draw with more vapour and a warmer inhale. The Wenax Q2 is one of the few Q series devices that supports this resistance. Best with 50/50 or higher-VG e-liquid.
• 0.6Ω pod runs at 18-25W for a loose-to-mid MTL draw. Comes included with the kit as the spare pod. Best with 50/50 freebase or nic salts up to 20mg.
• 0.8Ω pod runs at 12-18W for a standard MTL draw. Comes pre-installed in the device. Best with 50/50 freebase or nic salts at 20mg.
• 1.2Ω pod runs at 8-12W for a tight, cigarette-style MTL draw. Best with nic salts at 20mg and above.

Side-Fill Pods with Integrated Mesh Coil

The Q pods included with the Wenax Q2 are the side-fill version, with a transparent body and a hinged silicone tab on the side marked OPEN. The pod does not need to be removed from the device to refill. The coil is built into the pod, so there are no separate coils to buy or install. When the coil wears out or flavour starts to fade, the whole pod is replaced. Allow the filled pod to rest for two to three minutes before taking the first draw to avoid dry hits. Most users get one to two weeks from a single pod depending on usage and e-liquid type.

2ml Pod Capacity (UK TPD)

The Q pods hold 2ml of e-liquid in the UK TPD version. Some international listings reference a 3ml capacity, which is the global variant of the same pod. The Wenax Q2 works best with nic salts or 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid for the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods. The 0.6Ω pod suits 50/50 freebase or nic salts up to 20mg. The 0.4Ω pod is better suited to 50/50 or slightly higher-VG e-liquid given its higher wattage range.
