Fuzion Organic Vape Cotton

Fuzion Cotton is a 100% natural organic cotton from the Philippines, made specifically for vaping. It has been around since 2015 and is still one of the more respected loose cottons in the UK market, used in RDAs, RTAs, and RDTAs for both MTL and DTL builds.

The cotton is soft and fluffy straight from the container, which makes it straightforward to pull through coils and trim to size. It produces no cotton taste when properly wicked and has no break-in period, so you get clean flavour from the first draw.

Absorbency and Saturation

Fuzion Cotton absorbs e-liquid quickly and holds it well, staying saturated for longer between drips or refills than many cottons. This matters most in RDAs, where the wick needs to stay juiced between puffs. The cotton is dense enough to feed consistently but soft enough to compress through the coil without restricting wicking.

Dry Hit Warning

One of the practical advantages of Fuzion Cotton is the way it signals when it needs re-juicing. Rather than going from fine to burnt in one puff, the flavour gradually softens and vapour production drops off as the cotton dries out. That gives you a clear prompt to drip or refill before a dry hit occurs, which protects both the cotton and the coil.

Temperature Resistance

The cotton handles the heat well. It can be dry burned without causing significant damage to the wick, which is useful when cleaning coils between cotton changes. Temperature resistance also means it holds up during chain vaping at higher wattages without the wick scorching prematurely.

No Break-In Period

Some cottons produce an off-flavour for the first few puffs. Fuzion does not. You get the taste of your e-liquid from the first draw, with no background cotton taste to work through. This makes it reliable for builds where you want to test a new juice straight away without breaking the wick in first.

Compatible Builds

Fuzion Cotton works across MTL and DTL vaping styles and suits most common rebuildable atomiser types - RDAs, RTAs, and RDTAs. The fluffy texture makes it easy to tear, trim, and thread through coil diameters from around 2mm upwards, and it shapes well without falling apart during fitting.
