It runs on a 1500mAh built-in battery with a maximum output of 40W, giving it more power than most pod kits in its class. The refillable 2ml OXVA Nexlim Vape Pods (TPD compliant) use a top-fill design with a 5-layer leak-proof structure, keeping things clean and straightforward.

A 0.85-inch colour display shows your wattage, battery level, puff count, and current mode at a glance. The body is made from zinc alloy and aluminium with a soft rubberised grip, so it feels solid without being heavy. Whether you prefer a tight mouth-to-lung draw or a slightly looser restricted direct-to-lung style, the NeXlim handles both with ease.

Dual Mesh UNITECH 2.0 Coil Technology

The NeXlim uses OXVA Nexlim Vape Pods, which contain two mesh heating strips that fire at the same time, creating a larger contact area with your e-liquid. This dual mesh setup produces noticeably richer flavour compared to standard single mesh coils. It also spreads the workload across both strips, which helps each pod last longer before the flavour starts to drop off. OXVA calls this system UNITECH 2.0, and it is exclusive to the Nexlim Vape Pod range.

1500mAh Built-in Battery with USB-C Fast Charging

The NeXlim carries a 1500mAh internal battery, which is a significant step up from earlier Xlim models. Most vapers will get a full day of use from a single charge, and heavier users should still manage comfortably through an afternoon and evening. Charging runs through a USB-C port at 5V/2A, bringing the battery from empty to full in roughly 45 minutes. That quick turnaround means very little downtime between charges.

Adjustable Wattage from 5W to 40W

You can set the wattage anywhere between 5W and 40W, which gives you fine control over your vape. Lower settings suit a cooler, more restrained draw, while higher wattages push more vapour and warmth. The kit also has a Smart Mode that detects the resistance of your pod and selects an appropriate wattage automatically. If you prefer to set things manually, press the button three times to enter wattage adjustment.

Boost Mode and Eco Mode

The NeXlim offers two operating modes that change how the OXVA Nexlim Vape Pods fire their dual mesh coils. Boost Mode activates both mesh strips together for maximum flavour and vapour output. Eco Mode alternates between the two strips, using less power per puff and extending both battery life and pod longevity. Switching between the two is done with a double press of the side button, and the current mode is shown on the display.

0.85-Inch Colour Display with Three Themes

The circular colour screen shows your current wattage, battery percentage, coil resistance, puff count and active mode. It auto-rotates depending on which way you hold the device. You can choose from three display themes to personalise the look: Classic, Robot and Cyberpunk. Each theme changes the visual style and animations that appear when you take a puff.

Side-Adjustable Airflow Slider

On the side of the device, a small slider lets you control how much air passes through when you inhale. Slide it towards the closed position for a tighter, cigarette-style mouth-to-lung draw. Open it up for a looser, airier restricted direct-to-lung hit. The adjustment is smooth and stays in place once set, so you can find your preferred draw and leave it there.

2ml Top-Fill Leak-Proof OXVA Nexlim Vape Pods

Each OXVA Nexlim Vape Pod holds 2ml of e-liquid in line with UK TPD regulations. The top-fill design uses a silicone stopper that lifts to reveal the fill port, keeping the process quick and mess-free. OXVA has built in a 5-layer leak-proof structure and clear windows on both sides so you can always see how much liquid is left. The pods connect magnetically and click securely into place.

Three Pod Resistances: 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω

The kit ships with a 0.6Ω OXVA Nexlim Vape Pod (pre-installed) and a 0.8Ω pod in the box. A 1.2Ω option is also available separately. The 0.6Ω suits a restricted direct-to-lung draw at higher wattages, while the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω are better for mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salt or higher PG e-liquids. All three options use the integrated dual mesh coil design.

Draw-Activated with Single Button Control

The NeXlim fires automatically when you inhale, with a response time of around 0.01 seconds. There is no need to press a button to vape. The single side button handles everything else: five clicks to power on or off, double click to switch modes, and three clicks to adjust wattage. The auto-draw sensitivity adjusts based on your airflow setting to prevent accidental firing.

Compatible with OXVA XLIM V3 Pods via Adaptor

If you already use pods from the OXVA XLIM V3 range, you can fit them into the NeXlim with a separate adaptor. This opens up access to additional coil resistances including the XLIM V3 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω cartridges. It is a useful option if you want to try different coil styles beyond the standard Nexlim Vape Pods, or if you are upgrading from an older Xlim device and have pods left over.
