We want every Vapeology customer to feel genuinely rewarded for shopping with us, whether that is in-store or online. Our loyalty scheme is straightforward: every pound you spend earns you points, and those points convert into a discount you can use on your next order. The more you spend, the bigger the reward.
Points work the same whether you shop on the website or visit us in person. There is no separate scheme for each channel - your points stack wherever you buy.
How Points Work
Every £1 you spend earns 1 point. When you are ready to use them, here is what your points are worth:
- 50 points: 5% off
- 100 points: 7.5% off
- 150 points: 10% off
- 200 points: 12.5% off
Please note that loyalty point discounts cannot be used in conjunction with multi-buy offers.
